Campfire Night 2010

This post has been left as a draft for approximately 2 months and 10 days.

*****

Yesterday was one of the school's biggest annual event, Campfire Night. Words can never be enough express my gratitude to everyone who helped make it a success - my parents and sister, teachers, the Unit of Council, the Scout members and the supportive students of Seafield who attended Campfire Night. :) All the planning, work and preparations paid off to a successful night!

THANK YOU GUYS! :)

To the UOC, I love you guys more than words can say! :)

To my awesome sister, I just wanna say THANK YOU for everything! :)

Performers, Ushers, Security, Coordinators:

CLIOD

Attended CLIOD for Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts @ Taylor's Lakeside Campus on the 7th of June.It was an eye opener of college life and culinary arts for me :)

(Credits to Sis for the pics)

First up after the briefing, we headed down to the Wine Lab for "Mixologist Wannabes".
(P.S. Real alcohol is used for this class)

After Miss Jasmine explained to us theoretically bout mixology, it was time for hands-on!

One of the lecturer lighting up my group's drink!

Amazing, huh? :D

After lunch, we headed to the Culinary Bar and Theatre for "The Tales and Trails of Salad Making". Learnt how to make mayonnaise, and apparently mayonnaise is actually NOT white in color, unless it is bleached.

Sis and I paired up to make super awesome mayonnaise! :D

Chef Sharizan showing us how to toss a salad.

Great experience indeed. I personally enjoy Mixology class the best. Eheheheh :D
